General Store Information

The General Store Information settings allow you to manage and display key contact and location details across your storefront. These settings help build customer trust and improve transparency, especially for support and policy-related sections.

Manage Store Contact Information

These details appear in various places throughout your store, such as the footer, contact page, and shipping/inquiry sections.

Find Store Page

This refers to the page on your site where customers can find your contact details, directions, or store locator (if available). Typically this would be a Contact, Our Store, or Find Us page. Make sure it’s created and linked properly within your navigation.

Store Phone Number

Example: +1 (305) 555-1234

Enter your primary customer service or store phone number. This number may be shown in:

  • Footer contact block

  • Contact page

  • Email signatures

  • Policy pages (e.g., Returns or Shipping)

Store Email Address

Example: info@yourstorename.com

Add the main email where customers can reach out with questions, support requests, or business inquiries. This is typically linked automatically using a mailto: format.

Store Physical Address

Example: Biscayne Blvd, Miami, FL 33131

Enter your business’s physical location. It may be displayed in:

  • Footer

  • Contact sections

  • Terms and policies

  • Order confirmation and receipts (depending on your setup)

This information also improves credibility and is often required for transparency, especially in regulated markets.

Best Practices

  • Make sure your email is active and monitored

  • Use a phone number that customers can call or text during business hours

  • Keep your address up to date, especially if you change offices or warehouses

If you're a fully digital brand with no public-facing location, you can use a support message like "Online-Only Store – No Physical Location" in place of an address.
